Which product can I use for coloring/ tinting buttercream/chocolate/cream?

For coloring buttercream/chocolate/cream we recommend the DustColor FAT SOLUBLE line of food coloring powders, since their composition facilitates the homogeneity of the color in the preparation.

What product can I use for coloring/ tinting royal icing?

  • Our line of HoliCakes liquid airbrush colorants is an excellent option to give a special touch to your preparations. However, it is important to keep in mind that, being liquids, they can affect the consistency of the mixture if used in excess. To obtain pastel colors and maintain a firm preparation, we recommend using Holi in moderate amounts.
    On the other hand, if you are looking for a more fluid consistency, ideal for filling cookies or other desserts, you can use liquid colorants in the amount you want without any problem.

  • Our DustColors water-soluble powder colorants offer the advantage of achieving homogeneous and vibrant colors in a variety of 23 different shades. The intensity of the color will depend on the amount of powder you add to the preparation.
